  1. Ah, Rome! Where the leaders of fallen foes were paraded through the street before their execution by emasculation, and enemy captives castrated so they couldn’t breed more enemies. Mind, nothing new there. Many cultures used these same techniques to impress on the conquered that they’d been well and truly stuffed.
