I have a profoundly deaf friend. When she’s not wearing her hearing aids, she tends to maintain a neutral expression until someone engages her attention. I’ve only seen clips of ‘Echo’ but I guess the actress, not receiving verbal prompts, maintains her neutral face except where she’s been coached.

I’m a feminist - one of the real old-style ones - and I don’t see myself as a “girl boss” nor do I like such characters (I use the term loosely: they don’t have characters).

@RokushoTheRavager I'm 63, lovey, and don't give three flying monkeys. Real feminists want an end to the abuse and exploitation of women and children; the Woke's fake feminists want to cancel women and throw children to the fetishists. It's a bit like the Faustus quote - Heaven's light and this are oft confused.

@thecensoredmuscle563 point is: real feminists were portrayed by the media as hating familes where, in reality, they wanted - and still want - to ensure women and children are safe from abuse and exploitation, and not just in the West. Look around you. Ironically, we have the Woke to thank for making the truly horrendous fetishist underbelley of society feel free to come out of the sewers and parade naked on the streets. They're coming for your children...

Forge lost his right leg and hand in Vietnam as a result of a bombing run he called to close a portal he opened to the land of the dead. His mutant ability is technological development, so he built himself cybernetic prostheses. Can’t have anyone losing limbs in war any more.
