Yockenthwaite (professional berk) thinks that’s nice - Penyghent (big brain) points out that homeless people dont need toilet roll holders, and that Blacksyke is only doing it for votes. This is a Yorkshire TV children’s programme 1996-2000, episodes available on YT. Hang onto your hat, because the satire is going to be a bumpy ride. Jim-jam-jaha!
