  1. It’s not possible to “learn everything for free”. English and Maths classes are free; basic motor vehicle maintenance courses (usually) aren’t. Many short courses are community or interest, so no certificate at the end e.g. Crochet for Beginners. Welding courses are quite expensive and students get proper qualifications at the end. You might want to look at your local college or adult education webpages… And every course provider has to run Right to Study checks for foreign nationals. If failed, no free courses.
