About twenty years ago, my then workplace decided to promote more women, despite the fact that women outnumbered men at senior levels… Anyway, I attended a talk run by HR where it became very quickly obvious that only non-white women were in the frame. A Jamaican lady stood up and declared that, if her skin colour was more important to the company than her ability, she was leaving - and she walked out that room with the majority of the attendees, myself included, behind her. Yes, she later resigned. Political Correctness has always been problematic.

  3. Black History Month in UK education establishments focuses only on black slavery. I suggested my employer teach some actual African history, but had no response (guess I was lucky). Maybe next year I’ll ask them to do a piece on the Ottoman Empire invasions of Europe?

  4. The main ‘mental health’ problem among Gen Z is cognitive dissonance. They’re the victims of organised (government!) psychological and emotional abuse, battered into accepting so many truths they know are really lies that they’re struggling with reality. This makes them vulnerable to further exploitation and control, and Tik-Tok is one of the major tools for constantly reinforcing their problems. You might not know it, but what you’re seeing is exactly the methodology an abuser uses to bring their victim to their knees and, sometimes, suicide - be that domestic violence or a nationwide tyranny.

  5. If we follow the demands of these modern influencers - many of whom are Afrocentrics, btw - we’ll need to cancel the entire human race, and there’d definitely be online wars over which country invented, at least, bread, noodles and pasta!
