@kernel8803 You at best majored in biology. I have a ph.D. in microbiology and you're completely misrepresenting epigenetics. Epigenetics is simply heritable changes in gene expression. There is currently zero evidence of what you're claiming, and frankly your absurd claims make me think you have zero education in this field and you likely just googled some and read some fringe blog (maybe even some nonsense this guy in the video wrote).

@kernel8803 I'm dismissive because I actually understand genetics. I certainly could be wrong, but this guy's statements sound like quackery that is no different to me than when gwyneth paltrow describes one of her "scientific" products like bee venom "therapy" and that jade egg thing.
