  3.  @chesterdonnelly1212  It's not like most Scots are necessarily Celts. The Lowlands and central belt were settled by the Angles and Saxons before there was even an England - and it's where refugees from the Norman Conquest of England ended up. So like the English - a bit of a pick'n'mix.
