  4. S Brown is not moving fast on this one . Quick to impose new road costs, cut the ev subsidy, change speed but difficult things which are more important his is not so quick. Why ? In opposition they had not written their draft bills.

  5. Clearly the government is not taking urgrncy. In 12 months before the election they did not write a draft set of bills to present to parliament before 23 December. Will happen in the first 100 days. May only with help of the public service writing yhe law on lower salaries.
