  1. All these Kashmiri parties are rattled. Both NC and PDP have lost the confidence of the people. Nothing they say makes any difference.

  2. Voiding article 370 would require political support. Going by Congress's rediscovery of its Hindutva there is absolutely no chance they'll take up the issue.
