  1. He has actually given an explanation about these allegations. Why has thePrint not uploaded that video? Why selective mutism? Also, it is a known fact that land VALUE and Land PRICE are two different things. The value being notional and often dated. I don't think this should take much time to INVESTIGATE or a whole CBI task force. Why is no journalist investigating these allegations?

The land value on any official document could always be different from the market price. As in this case, it was 2011 vs 2021. The more important thing for me is not 2 cr vs 18 cr but 18 cr vs current market price. That will determine if there was a scam.

  3. A simple Google search would indicate that the minimum price of plots in this area is about Rs 1,200 per square feet (99 acres website). The land in question is about 1.2 hectares in size which is about 129,167 square feet. Multiplication indicates that the current market price of land of this size is at least 15 crores in this area. THEY SHOULD NOT LET THIS GO. FOR FAR TOO LONG PEOPLE ARE GETTING AWAY WITH DEFAMATION AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS in this Country. All these activists should be taken to court and it should happen before the UP elections.

  4.  @JayPatel-ug1nh Exactly. They should file defamation case against Rahul, Priyanka, Sanjay Singh and Akhilesh. All should be fined heavily for spreading fake news and slandering a reputed organisation. If the organisation is clear than they should NOT IGNORE these people.

The property prices in this region are about Rs 1200 per square feet. This is about 1.2 hectares or 1290000 sq ft. Simple multiplication would put its price at Rs 15 crore minimum. They should file the case.
