  2.  @karankapoor2701  Get youg facts right. Congress got highest vote share and until 2014, Chandigarh was a Congress bastion. Congress vote is being taken away by AAP. Its the same case as Andhra, Delhi, Telangana and most recently Maharashtra - Congress marginalization or EXTINCTION.
