  1. Truth be told security concerns are legit. The US has weaponized "trade" through its Russian sanctions. Our trade deficit with China is nearly $100 Billion. The benefits of trade are now being legitimately debated in light of supply and security concerns. Also, sometimes people do NOT appreciate the SIZE OF INDIAN MARKET. It's huge, it's growing, and it CANNOT be ignored. India is right to leverage its domineering position. The US under Biden has not sidestepped from any of the protectionism policies that were launched by Trump.
