  2. This guy is a QUACK. All data dredging and statistical manipulation to suit propaganda. Only 2 parties have ruled at the center. Post the decimation of INC, regional parties have mostly hopped from one coalition to the other. There are not enough data points to do any relevant hypothesis testing.
