It's an OpEd. It's a free country and expression of opinion on any platform is everybody's constitutionally guaranteed right. So, her opinion is not a problem. Her content might not be entirely devoid of hyperbole, but she is is liable to a lawsuit if she is fabricating "facts" and peddling "bile". Given the fact that she is a trained lawyer, she clearly knows what she is speaking. News is information and even an OpEd can be informative.

I do not understand why people are getting so triggered by her post. This is obviously an OpEd and as a citizen of a free country she is entitled to express her opinion. Also, an OpEd is NOT free from legal scrutinity. She can be sued for slander if she fabricates facts. Given the fact that she is a trained lawyer, she clearly knows what she is talking. That said, her video is not free of hyperbole. In general, politics is all about stretching the truth. Rahul Gandhi is no different. Kudos to thePrint for providing political leaders such a platform. They have also featured the likes of Praveen Chakravarthy (an INC Office bearer) and the Interplanetary "political expert", the highly (un)biased, (Dis)Rrspected, and (un)truth warrior Shri Yaogendra Yadav.
