  1. I think there are many things to ponder. Firstly, Russia's war machines are hand-me-downs from the USSR. These are killing machines that were supposed to indiscriminately destroy and force the enemy into submission. It was more for a brutal World War 3 scenario where Russians would just walk over the European plains killing everything in its wake. Civilian and Military distinction was NOT to be made. I think this is where Russia erred the most. Turns out, Ukraine is ready to SACRIFICE Ukrainian lives while the strict international vigil has made targeting civilians a difficult task for Russia.
