@vineetshinde9969 Indian Govt and, for that matter, the whole world would already have been keeping tabs on the situation. In any case, while the happenings in Pak are a concerning situation, it's unlikely to evolve into a refugee situation. A refugee crisis is triggered due to either internally driven ethnic conflict or an externally sponsored Syria-like power struggle. A power vacuum is UNLIKELY in Pak. At worst, it will break again like in 1971, but crossing the border seems a far-off thing. Also, where would they arrive, and what would they do? Punjab is densely populated, and border areas of both Guj and Raj are inhospitable. Indians won't be welcoming, either.

If they are Pakistani, they are already UNSAFE. We have been living with this "safety" issue since 1990 now (they tested them in 99, but there is enough evidence to indicate that they had the weapons by the late 80s.). They also threatened their use during the peak of the Kashmir insurgency. The threat was given directly to IK Gujral. All documented.

It's a PLANNED move by the Army. It has to be. It's doubtful that they would have "kidnapped" Imran Khan without anticipating the costs. Protestors are walking into the most secure areas of Pak(possibly, the world)? This SMELLS FISHY. It's a TRAP. They will round all IK supporters and would go for a MASSIVE CRACKDOWN. Of course, we can't rule out the Pak army OVERESTIMATING its ABILITIES. But, the Army's SELF PRESERVATION is at stake here. They can't afford to make a mistake. In any case, Imran Khan is NUISANCE and a GOOD RIDDANCE for the Army, Pak, USA, India, and even the world.

CONFUSED. What is the Pak army's deadliest creation? Terrorism or Imran Khan? Hard to choose. Anyways, the chickens have come home to roost. Hopefully, the Army prevails. The alternative is just CHAOS, and NOBODY WANTS THAT. Of course, there are EXCEPTIONS, some like Ashok Swain, who want the other thing (Hard to believe he heads the "Peace and Conflict" program). But SANE minded people are rooting for "not chaos". Pak is NOT coming out of the ECONOMIC CRISIS anytime soon; on top of this, a "volcano" of INSTABILITY would destabilize the whole continent.

The real problem is the country's ECONOMIC CRISIS. There is just no way by which they can circumvent it and the associated BACKLASH from austerity measures. Shehbaz Sherif was the only fool they could find willing to jump into the quicksand. They can't allow the RETURN of Imran Khan (He was the chief architect of the Economic mess, to begin with. But, more than that they are fed up with him), and they themselves do not want a takeover.
