While it is highly appreciated that orphan children are financially cared for, it is very important that a strict vigil is kept upon them to prevent exploitation and ensure their mental well-being. Govt must keep both its foot in EDUCATION and HEALTHCARE ONLY (& half a foot in INFRA). The rest should be vacated for the open market.
