  3. Actually, Govt cannot (and should not) interfere. Right to property is sacrosanct and crucial for building investors' confidence in an economy. RK studies was a private property. Only the Kapoors had a legal say in its matters. It is unfortunate that they didn't preserve it, but it was neither the first family business to go into ruins nor will it be the last.
