  1. The second wave is not the BJP's fault. Europe is already into its third. It is a dangerous virus. Even vaccines have lower than expected efficacy. But there is no denying India was completely unprepared. Rising cases in Maha was an early warning. Hopefully, the Govt does not ignore the 3rd wave.
