  1. I do not understand this? Is it a deliberate ruse on part of the Afghan Govt to force the US and NATO to remain engaged in the war? or is it surrender? There is also the media which seems to be giving disproportionate weightage to the Taliban's victories and less coverage to their reversals aka victories of Afghan forces.
