UP and Bihar are everyone's favorite punching bags. Bihar lost almost 15 years to JUNGLE RAJ while UP too was on a "vanvaas" since 1947. It is important to give these states some time and some political stability.

@tony-pc4kd So a Mandir was stopping UP's development for for the past 70 years? What are you smoking man? UP is a mess because the focus was on "masjid" votes. It's a state that has been the victim of "socialism". It's people lost 70 precious years while the leaders accumulated CRORES in the name of "SAMAJWAD" and "DALIT".
