  1. Helplessness at it peak. He tried everything from"Janeudhari Brahmin" to "Mohabbat ki dukaan". People are not ready to fall into his trap. Hence, Caste census. He was in power in 2011 when the last census was held. Why did his Govt mess it up? Why is Karnataka not releasing its caste data? The BJP has nothing to fear from a caste census. They'll only emerge stronger.
