  1. Congratulations Yogi for WINNING ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS. A population control policy is very much needed in UP and the demand has strong resonance among the masses but predictably SP and Congress will oppose it to appease the "special" community (even though their fertility rates are not very much different than average).
