  1. Sri Lanka's problems will not vanish even if there is a CHANGE IN GOVT. External debt is UNSUSTAINABLE and the LIQUIDITY CRISIS is INSURMOUNTABLE. IMF BAILOUT is SL's BEST OPTION. Austerity measures and PRIVATIZATION of PSUs will have to be taken up.
