Did Ukraine come to our aid when we had an incursion from China into our lands? Every nation acts in its own interests. Either way, India does not have the strategic depth to act against Russia or the resources to support Ukraine. This will also create a new China-dominated world order. Our position is die if you do and damned if you do not.

Yup but along with that dump all of the military hardware that is of Russian origin into the Indian ocean which btw makes up as high as high 2/3rd of all our weapons in certain categories. Also, let's not forget the S-400. While at it give Arunachal to China too because as it is we won't be able to defend it without Russian equipment.

@LeoDas688 Times may have changed but not ground realities. Almost 2/3rd of our military equipment is of Russian origin. Thus, it's not just a question of dependence but our very survival. Russia may not support us against China, it still is our only door to diplomacy with China.

And many in India are convinced that the US will come to our aid against China. Get REAL. You are on your OWN.
