@josejoseph8725 Do you live under a rock? Both Haryana and AP legislations were struck down by the courts. Also, in AP the law was brought by Jagan. In any case it did not matter because Jagan had already destroyed AP to the extent that there were not jobs either for domiciles or non-natives.

@josejoseph8725 Just Google it. Court has said that it "might" be unconstitutional. The case is still pending.
