  1. India's poorest state is spending 500 cr. In current day and era, such hoodwinking tricks only end up angering people. Nitishwa's national prospects are in tatters while the state has already slipped away from him.

  2.  @rajx7120  Does it really matter for Bihar? It has been a land of talent exodus for past many decades now. It continues to live in the 18th century. Even UP has made some admirable progress esp since 2012 (Akhilesh's term actually) but Bihar remains caste divided
