@pranshusharma0777 Could not agree more. Surnames and castes have legacies attached to them. It is fine to hold on to one's legacies but one should not use it to discriminate against others. Considering the fact that most marriages are intercaste today, we can expect there is hope.

@devuniquedev1 Keep your gyaan to yourself. Secularism means the separation of the state from religious institutions. Hinduism by design does not have a centralized culture. It is fragmented, tolerant and provides scope for multiple interpretations. The same cannot be said about other religions that adhere to a code prescribed in some book.

@devuniquedev1 The only cancer is you. Clearly, you have no clue about secularism. It was never about respecting religion. A true secular nation would allow absolute freedom to criticize and debate every religion. A true secular nation would never bow down to fundamentalists and reverse orders like Shah Bano or ban Satanic verses to pander a particular community. Anyways, you people are irrelevant since 2014. Victors do not need to be bothered by the trash talk of losers.
