  3. Cold war is a very "cold" word for the current situation. Exports accounted for only 4% of the USSR economy, while it is almost 20% for China. Both the US and China have knives at each other's economic jugular. China is a threat, but unlike the USSR, there is no IDEOLOGICAL angle. Also, if the Chinese axis is to include Pak, Russia, or some African country, then that's doomed from day 1. A WW3 is just absurdity. China is not a country; it is a private limited CORPORATION. The world's largest. Like all corporations, its pursuit will be monopoly and ELIMINATION of competition.
