  1. The situation is appalling, and the public's indifference toward the rot is sickening. Indeed, If this person is guilty, then a faulty investigation is setting a criminal free, and if he is innocent, then it is worse as it is a travesty of justice and disregard for an innocent human life. I think the lead investigating office and the judge who pronounced the initial verdict should be charged with PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE. This is NOT a one-off case. This seems to be the NORM.
