Let's take a pause before we start giving verdicts on China-financed "projects". It is one thing to build with borrowed capital and totally another to pay it back. Tourism alone can take care of Kashmir but first Kashmiris themselves will have to weed out the elements of chaos among them.

Let's be VERY CLEAR about one thing - KASHMIR IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF INDIA. Peace is a necessary pre-condition for INVESTMENTS which in turn leads to DEVELOPMENT. So it is for the people in the valley to choose whether they want development or chaos. If someone does not want to be an Indian they can leave but SECESSION is out of QUESTION and those asking for it will get a BULLET (not Royal Enfield).

@pardeeptandon Nope. First of all, the Chinese aren't Americans who will fall for Pak's honey traps. Secondly, Have you ever transacted with a Chinese? They are astute businessmen. You can never cross the Chinese. So, Pak's only commodity --"Terrorism" has no use for China. They'll usurp all the projects and squeeze Pak out of all profits.

Because the provision used to "dissolve" (not just dilute) are the same ones that were used to enact it i.e. a PRESIDENTIAL ORDER. Unless Supreme Court takes the view that both the enactment and the dissolution of stature are two separate matters (which even if it goes through will open its own can of worms regarding the enactment of the stature which itself was marred with procedural lapses). BJP's legal cell is top-notch. They did think it through. Also, now a significant passage of time has passed. So many people have taken up the Kashmiri domicile and even bought properties.
