  1. How is this supposed to help resolve the crisis? Everyone cherished Gotabaya's tax cuts. They also relished the family's insatiable hunger for power. Had it not been for the CoVID-induced economic setback, Rajapaksa's would still have reigned supreme. Even the "Go Organic" project was devised to control the current account deficit. The project had the backing of some leading economists too (including an Indian). Anarchy is NOT going to achieve anything. It will only further deteriorate the economic condition. It's a lesson for "freebie" hungry people of India, too.
