  1. DK Sir, there are a few things to consider before writing the "obituary" of the INC. Firstly, although INC has just about half the MLAs of the BJP, the third highest party, the TMC has about one-third of that of the INC. It took herculean efforts from the Gandhi sibling to get AAP to number 4 on the MLA count list but even at 150 MLAs, AAP does not really count for much. AAP is simply a MEDIA HYPE. Secondly, BJP will ensure that INC-MUKT-BHARAT fails. Overall, while the THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO MODI is a reality, THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE FOR INC is also a reality. Unless an alternative to INC emerges, the Gandhis basically have IMPUNITY. AAP has NO STRATEGY. Both Delhi and Punjab were handed over to AAP by the INC and BJP too was compliant with it which is unlikely to happen in Gujarat. In either case, Kejriwal will need at least a decade to go national.

  3.  @DKSingh-wf8tn  Thank you for responding Sir. Your insights are fascinating as always. Personally, I think the BJP will prefer a "deadbeat" Congress over a "dead" Congress like the one in Gujarat.
