  4. So, Congress did not pay heed to DK's unsolicited advice. Worse, it insulted the biggest Hindu celebration of the century. Declining to attend was okay, but the BJP-RSS jibe was foolish. It also points to a larger incoherence; HP CM Sukku, Ktk Deputy CM Shivakumar, Kamalnath, and several other Congress leaders have expressed a positive intention to participate.
