MMS tried again in his second term but Congress got cold feet after the beheading of Indian soldiers. Modi tried diplomacy with Sharif, he ended up with Pulwama. The real power lies with the Army. If Modi can engage with Bajwa directly one might see some breakthrough.

  2. Both Center and State are coffering money from petrol to pay for the Covid health care bill and the vaccines. It will last for a couple of more months and then you'll see some price drop. If they don't raise revenue from fuel then they'll raise from somewhere else so at this it makes sense to be patient.
