  1. All political parties were complacent in this. If Tablighi Jamat played a role then so did Kumbh and also did the Farm law agitators (over laws which have effectively gone into cold storage). Maharashtra was hot right from January nobody listened and see where we are today. No point in crying over spilt milk. Time to wake up -> Mini Lockdown, Testing, Vaccination, and Aatmanirbhar-Bhartiya (Indian not India). I just wish this daily oxygen begging stops.

  3. No country in the world beat this virus with one lockdown. India should wake up and smell the coffee. Dead people don't contribute to GDP. At the very least a week-long lockdown is needed at least in the major cities and places where the test positivity rate is more than 5%.
