  2.  @SivanandaSaiChilukuri  No. India is not perfect but for all our flaws, the majority of Indians of all religions and castes share a common vision on national security. It's difficult for an external power to corrupt India evident from Pakistan's failed attempts of maneuvering the Khalistan and islamic militancy. India's demography of 79% Hindus does not allow such projects. If you see insurgency hotspots of India are the Non-Hindu majority regions. Only Punjab, Kashmir and North east became a problem but were all put down in time or controlled.

  3. I think this time it may have less to do with ISI and Taliban but more to do with the 20 years of "democracy" itself. The Loya Jirgas was a congregation of warlords whose misrule and terror were primarily responsible for the rise of the Taliban in the first place. Anyways, security costs are likely to shoot up India, France, the UK and the US.
