  1. Why just UP, why not Bihar? UP gets back Rs 2.73 for every rupee it contributes to the Center. Bihar gets Rs 7.06, while TN gets 29 paise. Wonder if the presenter is hiding his true agenda. Years of misrule kept UP and Bihar at the bottom. UP is finally picking up pace; it won't be wise to break the state at this point. Bihar is still behind Nigeria.
