  1. The only SOLUTION to UNEMPLOYMENT is mass INDUSTRIALIZATION which can ONLY happen with LAND ACQUISITION. The moment any govt (irrespective of the party in power) pushes for land acquisition these "activists" take to the streets. We are GOING IN CIRCLES - ROUND and ROUND. We need a Govt that wouldn't pay heed to these "lobbies" and its electoral prospects. Just focus on BIG BANG REFORMS. PV Narasimha Rao and Vajpayee were just one-term PMs yet their legacy outshines all others. I fear if economic woes are not resolved, it may lead to HYPER SOCIALISTS staking claim to power leading us to a USSR-like abyss.

  2.  @kasardevi8  These so-called "remote parts of India" farmers who feed us are not the ones protesting. These are elite-class farmers whose tents have ACs (emphasis on the plural). Today, Maharashtra farmers are dumping onions and tomatoes on the streets for the lack of better prices. Why? Because our's is an inapt market with no storage infrastructure. The 3 laws repealed early this year were supposed to address these shortcomings by opening up the market space to private players but lobbyists "bulldozed" these reforms. "Black" laws were dumped in favor of "white" suicide.
