  1. To be fair States are in a better position to devise and implement Industrial policies and the Center is better at implementing welfare programs. In principle, we must agree on reviving the economy. Of course, In India, politics takes priority over the economy but that should not stop at least Center friendly states to work on a co-ordinated revival plan so as to maximize impact (irrespective of the morality of the issue).
