Thanks. Usually, she does a good job at translating but this time, she did not convey it properly. I never recommended a ban on alcoholism. My focus was on how to tackle domestic violence that is often (perhaps, incorrectly) linked to alcoholism.

@nagiamit Yes. It can happen while translating. Original question was asked in English. May be I should try and ask in Hindi. However, I am not very fluent in Hindi. I can understand the language and even speak okay-ish but cannot write in the language. Even with your comments, I am getting the general gist but not the whole understanding.
