Zubair wanted this for Nupur. The only thing he forgot was that blasphemy is a two-way street. Blasphemy cannot be selective. He and Mahua cannot cry foul and change the rules of the game as and when it does NOT suit them. Hinduism is liberal religion but Islam and Liberalism are an OXYMORON. The "Ganga-Jamuni" tehzeeb itself is a myth. Hindus and Muslims have been fighting since the Muslim invasion. People like Zubair only flare up OLD WOUNDS. They deserve to be punished.

A simple apology from Nupur should have ended the matter but Zubair poured fuel into the fire. It is only fair that he too feels some of the heat. Either allow free discussion about all religions or none at all. There cannot be two sets of rules with one for Mahua/Zubair and the other for Nupur.

@roflkohli2853 Outright lie. Hadith is the biographical account of Mohammed's life. It is the second most important text in Islam. There are contradictions within the Hadith but those are part of the larger Islamic debate. Nevertheless, QUOTING HADITH is not considered BLASPHEMY.

@Vizorfam It takes two to start an argument. It was the Maulana who insulted Shivling which led to her rebuttal. Either way, nothing she said should have mattered but Muslims get offended over the simplest things hence terrorism is exclusive to them.

@anonymous_4276 Nope. We will NOT oppose Zubair's arrest unless he opposes the backlash against Nupur. He started all this he deserves whatever is about to come to him. Also, a separate country was created for Ms to live in their own version of ISLAM. India will go by its constitution, not some 7th-century cult.
