  1. ​​ @roshanray8946 Everything is about timing in politics. He did it now to showcase it as an achievement. Also, the BJP needed organisational readiness. The bill might have to wait till the next delimitation but I am sure by now BJP might have even identified their women candidates.

  3. The era of dividing Hindu voters on caste lines is over. Caste census is a last ditch effort by Nitish to hide his incompetencies. It won't in Bihar or the rest of India esp UP where even Jatavs are shifting to BJP.

  4. ​ @RahulGupta-h7f Their failure to pass the bill is the reason why they don't deserve any credit for it. Also, Lalu Prasad's RJD was among prominent opponents of the bill who is now again in alliance with INC.
