  1. Keeping people fed is one thing but keeping people safe can happen only via accelerated vaccination drive. Need to rationalize resources. Draw a heat map and categorize the whole of India into two or three-zone. Vaccination should begin in the green zones i.e. the relatively safer zones with fewer cases while simultaneously improve health in the most critically affected areas. At this point, no Govt should think about deaths. There is no known cure to this disease, the focus should be on SAVING LIVES.
