  1. At the end of the day, election results will hinge on local and governance issues. The administrative failure is deplorable and the attempt by Congress to make it a Punjabiyat issue is dangerous for a state with a history of insurgency. The BJP too won't benefit in any of the state elections. HOWEVER, THE NATION WILL BE PUT AT AN UNNECESSARY RISK.
