  1. Politically, Rahul once again lost against PM Modi. What I do not understand is why raised the stakes so high? China was always going to back down it was only a matter of when. He could have encashed by focussing on the delay and shared some credit with PM Modi but now PM Modi and BJP will use this to re-affirm their commitment to national security.
