  1. I have a feeling that this is all smoke and mirrors. He has no voter base anywhere in India. He can't run a campaign in his name. He is also a BRAHMIN and the community strongly backs the BJP. He is irrelevant in Bihar. He might be doing this to push his standing and gain a backdoor entry into the CONGRESS. His long-term plan is to take over the CONGRESS MACHINERY kicking out the Gandhis.
