  1. 1000 hours is 42 days. Pak army gave up Dhaka in 13 days. 90,000 chose surrender over valor. Such was the fear of Indian retaliation that they didn't even reveal their hand in Kargil until after the war. Dead Soldiers were abandoned and NOT even given military honours.

  2. India is in no "mood". Pak is simply "incapable" of waging a war even against Taliban.
