  1. Let's start at the beginning; it is a title suit. One party, whose property rights were wrongly stolen, is seeking redressal. You can spin it whichever way you want, but it is all about making right of a historical wrong. Isn't our affirmative action, aka reservation policy, based on the same principle? Many "experts" also vouched for the perpetuity of Article 370, but it got "bulldozed". Even INC does not have the guts to declare its re-implementation. Similarly, the Places of Worship Act can also be repealed by the parliament.

Contrary to popular belief, the \slamists are actually powerless and rootless in their convictions. Hence, their first instinct is always violence. Their intellectual hollowness is their Achilles heel. The "J" war has not protected their religion in any way. It has only cost them lives and reputation.
