  1. Nope, NOT a RETURN OF WAR, just a continuation of LANGUAGE POLITICS. For all practical purposes, ENGLISH is the DE FACTO official language of this country. With the immigration of Hindi speakers southwards and the emergence of urban centers in the north, Hindi has become the language of COMMERCE. Even the SUPER success of Telugu movies is owed to the assimilation of Hindi. Hence, like it or not Hindi speaking is an ESSENTIAL SKILL. However, STRICT NO NO TO IMPOSITION.
